It was a really nice hotel. The rooms were VERY clean. Friendly & helpful staff. My only complaint was the small shower w/ a shower head that was not very flexible at all. You either had to turn the shower head toward the wall or shut it off completely to be able to bathe. There were quite a few places to walk your dogs, but one designated area was impossible to use since it was completely covered with a bunch of bushes. My husband didn't care for the spiders that were hanging from the ceiling in the entranceway but my husband is rather tall, I am not so it did not bother me at all.

The pool was not open when we arrived due to some issue with the chemicals. The front desk person told us it would be opening the next day which didnÂ¿t happen. Another guest on an extended stay told us the staff was saying that every day since she arri

The pros were that the staff was friendly, and the location was great. Cons, the first room I went to smelled like mildew/mold, the second room I went to smelled fine, but there were tiny insects by the air-conditioner unit. During my stay, I was told they were sold out for the weekend, and those were the only two rooms available.

Been in 6-8 different rooms there in last 2 years….all dirty and stained carpets….reported it and got apologies. They owned it and said it is a common complaint…..we’ll go do something about it please!!! Breakfast is dull and all microwave low end and waste of time. Lower your expectations. Not a pretty place snd desperately needs a refresh cycle!!

Great location. Room was clean. Staffs were nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Hope next time you will have whole milk for breakfast.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Instead of trying to find someone to watch our dog for a night when our families aren’t nearby, we wanted to bring her with us while visiting Field of Screams. This hotel was so welcoming and pet friendly and even gave us a bag of treats for her. She’s a little nervous, so it was a great setup to be able to go from the elevator almost directly outside without taking her through a busy lobby. The room was modern and very clean with a wonderful kitchenette. Fast check in and out using the app. Great location close to a lot of things and easy parking! This is the face of a very satisfied customer - and her parents, too. Looking forward to staying here any time we visit Lancaster and will be looking at Home2 Suites in other locations when traveling.

We enjoy this hotel. We are 3 generations and the suites are large with room for everyone's needs. Plenty of places for things to get charged. Large table on wheels, that mostly goes under an open desk. For computer use or pull out for a meal. We used it for a board game, that we got from the lobby to borrow.
